  1. For news and information source for travel, travel tips airlines, hotels, cruise,  airports and air travel, airfares , car rental, airport car rental to any destinations around the world search through  http://www.cheapflighttracker.com

  2. Its about 8 hours. I am doing it in December with Lufthansa in a 747. Seating arrangement there is 3-4-3.

  3. a direct flight will take approx. 7 Hrs 55 Min

you can find flight times from around the world at this site:

  4. I flew JFK to Frankfurt last week and it was 8h20.  So that give or take 30 minutes will be the flight duration to Munich.

It depends on the airline, to be honest.  If you're on Air France, for example, it'll be a great flight.  If you're on Lufthansa, it will be a fair flight.  If you're on American, it will be a bad flight.  Seating arrangements depend on the type of plane, too.  The three most common setups are:

    2 - 4 - 2 (common on A330 and A340)

    XX     XXXX    XX

    3 - 3 - 3 (common on 777s)

    x*x    x*x    x*x

    3 - 4 - 3 (common on 747s)

    x*x    XXXX    x*x

These would be typical coach class configurations.  Business class for the above might look something like:

    XX    X    XX

    XX    XX    XX

    XX    x*x    XX

    for the 2 - 4 - 2, 3 - 3 - 3, and 3 - 4 - 3 coach layouts, respectively.

    Hope this helps =]

  5. about 7-8 hours....international flights r sooo much better den in america flights....yes deres leg room.....dah seating arrangements is same as usual but u can ask to change ur seat wit sum1...

  6. I would say around five hours, roughly. I took a flight from Seattle, Washington, on the west coast, to Paris, France and that was about 10 hours. There was plenty of room on the plane and there are movies and video games you can watch and play on a personal screen so you'll be alright. Don't be nervous about the flight, just be sure to get up and stretch at least once to prevent blood from clotting. I wouldn't worry about it too much though. And have fun in Munich, it's a beautiful city! And the people are really friendly! Good food too!
