About how long is the hour wait at six flags magic moutain?

This query is like  "which is heavier; a pound of lead, or a pound of feathers ??"   Anyway, they usually post a marker sign on long lines, saying "At this point, the average wait is  *** minutes to the very front of the line."   Word of advice, unless you don't mind spending $12 to $20 for a combo meal, bring some sandwiches, snacks, and 2 quarts of bottled water, and carry it in a backpack.

If the sign says the wait time is an hour, be ready to spend about 45-50 minutes in line (assuming the ride doesn't break down).  This is common in theme parks, as you get off the ride and say "that wait didn't seem so bad!"  It's a mind game, and it works.
