I was told it went out in yesterday's mail. I don't care for any of the categories pre-selected but none of the ones from the full list are good so I'm just sticking with the first one pre-selected. Hopefully even though it's a travel category,somebody will answer!!

You got your answers, 3 to 4 days.  

On your other comment... the regulars here like to answer questions in general about PR, not only travel related.  From time to time we also get into polithics, which many boricuas take as a national sport.

not more than a week. my estimate is about 4 days.

If it was an envelope it should take 2-4 days. If it was a package it will take longer, about a week.
