The apple slices are like the length of my finger. It's out of a fruit tray from Publix. I just had about five and I dipped it generously. hehe...anyway, I'm wondering because I wanted to have this for breakfast but did not want to go over 200 calories...300 at the most.
At McDonald's the apple dipper's caramel sauce is only about 100, i think. And apples generally are only about 80...If this helps...
Now I'm worried...Do you think I ate over 100 calories just then? Because I wasn't even hungry, I just felt like eating apples. It won't make me gain anything right?
