About how many days after the end of your period do you start ovulating?

I know its differentfor every one but how many days on average.

You're "supposed" to ovulate 14 days BEFORE your period, so if you have a normal cycle of 28 days, then you would ovulate on Day 14 (Day 1 is the day your period starts).  If you have a longer cycle, let's say 32 days, then you would ovulate on Day 18.  However, this is just general and it varies with every women and even varies within one woman's cycle.  She might ovulate on Day 10 or Day 20, for example, depending on other factors.
