for some reason i had a ton of energy today (i think it's becuase i drank a lot of water)...i praticed field hockey in the backyard like i do everyday (so that was a little running) and then i ran around the perimeter of my house 5 times. i wanted to know how much i was running so i got my dad's bike which records miles (whatever that's called) and walked it once around the route (it said .104 so i knew once around was about a tenth of a mile) so i had run roughly a half a mile. i continued this route until i had ran a total of 5 miles according to the bike. but...i timed my last mile (when i ran the slowest) and it said i had done it in about 6 minutes...i've never ran that fast (the least i've ever gotten was like 7 something) so do you think it would really be a mile for ten laps around my house (my house is a fairly large two story house, but nothing huge)plus, i wasn't even THAT tired afterthanks :)
