About how much do you pay for gas in a 4-runner?

I'm a high school student and am about to buy a car. I need the space of an SUV, so I am thinking about getting a 4 runner. I'm just wondering how much its taking for gas out of your pockets...

The same as everybody else. You don't get a discount because you drive a 4-runner.

I drive a Honda Pilot, which gets about the same gas mileage as a 4-Runner, I usually pay about $50-$60 per fill up. And regular gas costs about $3.12 last time I check.

I own a 95 4-runner that gets 17 miles to the gallon but it is 4-wheel drive which historically get lower millage. to really guage how much gas a car will use you need to know its mpg and how far you will be driving it .My wife Drives 4 kids to school and runs errands around town and generally uses a tank a week(16 gal.)
