  1. Around $50-70

  2. casual date would probably be hamburgers and french fries and cokes; also sharing a large pizza would be nice.  if you go to a nice restaurant, it's not casual.  price hamburger lunches in your area.  it should be less than $40 unless you have banana splits too!

  3. definitely more than forty bucks, especially if you're an adult planning to have an alcoholic beverage or two. don't bring any  less than a hundred dollars in case you do have some extra unplanned drinks or dessert but $50 to $65 is enough for a restaurant of decent quality. Make sure to leave at least a 17  percent tip, and if you're treated really well by the waitstaff plan to give them twenty percent. Your date will be impressed by your consideration, if you tip skimpy she'll think you're a cheapskate.

  4. More

  5. A place like Applebee's & Chili's might be closer to $50 with appetizers and drinks & main dishes.

  6. usually more...bout $60

  7. Right at $40's good.

  8. 40$ maybe a little less

  9. Less than 40 bucks, say about 25 -30. PISTONS RULE!!!

  10. More, around $50. Even more if there is a bottle of wine.

  11. less...around that tho....depends on the restaurant.  i figure 11 - 19 bucks per plate plus like 2 bucks for a soft drink
