Eyeliner

Brow powder

Aloe vera gel

Brow pencil

Also, which would you recconmend: Brow powder or pencil? Why?

I got a huge thing of baby oil from roundys for under $3

Eyeliner--depends but the average cost of a pencil/mechanical/liquid eyeliner from a drugstore is under $10

Brow powder--The stuff i have (Ardell brow defining powder) was under $5

Aloe vera gel--is cheap: you can get over 16 oz. for under $3

I would recommend brow powder (it seems more natural on and it is more versitile)

aloe vera gel  2 for 5.00 at Walgreen (I just bought some)

I would say brow powder. Pencil can tend to look really fake
