About how much does gasoline cost where you live..?

Question

Yesterday I paid $3.83......and today I had to drive about 30 min. away...and saw the gas was $3.70...how sad I thought $3.83 was a good..price..until I saw $3.70.....gas is getting so high... : < ( I saw a Hummer today too...how much does it cost to fill that up...? Anybody have a Hummer..?

in Burlington Ontario Canada i now pay about 1.30 cad for diesel, funny how things have changed, now to show wealth in china, escalades have become a hot Vehicle to buy , go figure, the middle class is being eliminated in north America while lessor countries rise above .And just a note, the price we pay here is for a litre, not a gallon.

You guys are still getting it cheap.In Sydney we pay A$1.45/Litre where(by my calculations) the US is paying about A$1/Litre still.

I bought gas in my town Saturday and paid $3.46 per gal. Yesterday I noticed it was $3.47.........Goodness! Where will it stop? I live in southeast Texas.

$1.34 per litre. Apparently it is supposed to go up to $2.00 a litre by the summer! :O

i just filled up today.  costed $42.00 to fill up.  The price per gallon is 3.51 (low grade unleaded)

dude i just stopped paying attention when it hit $3.50, i have a car that gets prob the same mpg as honda ridgeline, they say 15 mpg city is say thats bull ill get 10 mpg city

the H1 hummer has 2 gas tanks and i think they are around 25 gallon tanks

just keep the rpm low, and that will get you the best mileage out of your car

Mines $3.83 right now too, it was $3.85 yesterday.  I almost had a fit.... no, correction, I did have a fit.... when I heard on the news that the national average for gas right now is $3.61.

In new jersey it is around 3.45 plus/minus

When you think about what gasolin actualy is, I personally think it is a fair price for such a finely refined product.

We cant just &quot;stop buying gas&quot; the shipping industry could not function right now without fuel, and catastrophy would follow if we did.

I have made it an effort to buy more fuel efficient vehicles like my two motorcycles, which i try to put most of my driving on whenever i can.

The new hummers suposedly get 20mpg highway, i doubt that is accurate, city driving is likely around 9mpg.

If you want fuel efficiency you need to buy a lightweight earodynamic car, (which the hummer is not in any way) since the efficiency of the piston engine isnt going to get very much higher than it already has.
