About how much does it cost to fly a dog and a bird from TX to Maryland. How would I bring a tortoise with me?

I am planning a one way trip from Maryland to Texas. I have a Labrador, a small Parrot and a Tortoise. How much do you estimate it will cost to fly each. Can the Parrot and Tortoises come on the plane with me? What sort of documentation would I need for the tortoise.

well its easier to fly a bird...all you have to do really is scare it to get it started

but a dog requires a very large slingshot, to make it 'fly'...and the landings are...well, how good a condition DO ya need him to be in when he arrives?

I flew my dog from VA to CA and it was about $350 plus the cost of a vet to inspect him and give me a health certificate.  He was about 20 pounds and took up relatively little space.  I flew him unattended.
