IT depends on the breed. My avatar is my registered Walking horse albino. He stands 18.2 hands tall. Albino's come in almost every breed, and they are much different than just a white horse. Casper has very pink skin and very blue eyes and is also a registered Albino as well as a registered Walking horse. I know this does not give you a $ amount, but it would be impossible to do that without knowing where you are and what breed you want.
