here it seems to average abt $1.00 per sq. foot. i live in a small 330 sq.ft. bachelour and they charge $300.00 to fumigate/

gross!! it doesn't matter on the size of the infestation it will cost the same  based of sq ft, friend from work had the problem he used ridx they worked great he said the problem with roachs are they are very very hard to get rid  off and if they are coming from a near by soarce the source has to sprayed as well and if this the case you should find out if they are coming the apartments and demand they spray thier property and yours or sue them for the damages seriously gross!! get professional advice on this buddy

The foggers work ok when the directions are followed but that won't keep the new buggers from entering your home again from next door until you put some kind of a chemical barrier down.
