about how much money a year is the canadian goverment spending on other countries?

Oceans of you and your friends and parents money pissed up a rope every single year. The Canadian International Development Agency (CIDA) is pushing a BILLION dollars a year on mostly useless c**p, in my opinion. There are estimates that the billions given to various African regmes for instance- 70% is rerouted to by weapons. All of this citizens cash isn't given with permission by the people though. Trying to get an average Canadian to protest is almost impossible though. At least Conservatives are gaining ground finally though!
