About internet shopping from USA to other countries?

i am trying to buy something from USA and it's for nationwide and i put UK and it's asking for state and it says it requires...

but... isn't state for USA only?

what am i suppose to type in here?

  1. If they only allow a state they may not do exporting. Go to their customer service shipping info and see if they export.

  2. If it is only allowing a state to put in, then they usually don't ship internationally, Try using there contact info and see if they are able to ship to you, sometimes they will even if it is not stated/

  3. they may not ship outside of the USA
