  1. Ya man big difference.I live in Dublin.

The "drumcondra" u found is a district within dublin city, near the centre,on the northside.

You want to go to a place in county meath.

County meath is just above dublin.

Navan is about an hour from Dublin.

So if u were going into dublin city u'd head south down  the motorway to go in.

Meath is north of Dublin. Is signposted to Navan.

After that just ask directions..Navan isnt a big town and drumconrath is probably just a townsland name within it

  2. A hint, pet, MEATH. It's not Dublin at all, but not to far away from it. When you get onto the M50, follow the signposts until you see the turnoff for Navan, and take that. When you get to Navan, ask for Dunconrath at a service station or someplace like that, but I think that the post office will set you right. Then when you get to Drumconrath, as someone local for the house you're looking for.

But before you go, get a map of Ireland and look for Drumcondra and then go looking for Navan, and then you'll have a much better idea of where you go.

    Safe journey.

  3. I'm afraid they're different areas Drumcondra is in Dublin.

You should be looking for Navan, which is the town. Drumconrath is a townland in the Navan area. If you get as far as Navan just ask for directions, you should only be about 5 minutes away from Drumconrath by car.

    Good luck!!

EDIT: I've just had a look to see if I could find you a map. The best I could come up with was a map to a business to Drumconrath.

    Here's the link: http://www.mooneysfurniture.com/location...

    Hope it helps!

    EDIT 2:

    I've got it!!

  5. just thinking you may get it easier on google earth. I found a Drumconrath on it in co louth not in Navan. if you know if its near the golf club that could work real well.

  6. Try Navan on your GPS - Drumconrath could be a tiny village / road nearby that's not registered as a name in your GPS. Once you get to Navan, ask at the police station/post office. There's a lot of tiny villages or street names like that (try finding Calry in Sligo if you don't know where it is! Same thing).

Otherwise, if you're going to visit people you have a phone number for, call them once you're in either Dublin or Navan and have them explain it to you.
