About kulitut virus?

Okay I have this virus.. This virus got activated when I opened on Drive C on My Computer... This virus is really really annoying.. It automatically shuts down my computer when The Windows Has Started Up... Even on safe mode it even shuts it down... All i can see on startup is that it has this simple Bat Cmd on every startup and it orders a virus to shutdown the computer.. If i can just close that Bat Cmd quickly enough on time I can use my computer again.. But how?

Any solutions? Any Ideas? No I dont want to reformat my hard drive.. And no I dont have another computer to access the my hard drive..

All i want is to disable that virus to give me time to remove it.. but I cant its too fast.. I cant even disable it on msconfig.. because it is already shutting down..

You boot up using your Windows CD.

At the recovery console, try to go to C drive and find the file and delete it. You may need to use the attrib command to unhide it.

attrib -r -s -h bat.cmd

del bat.cmd

If it don't work.

Take out your hard disk and install it as secondary hard disk on another good PC.

Boot up on that good PC and use the anti-virus to scan and remove the virus.

You are probably infected by the bungoton virus.  There is no easy way  to cleaning your system...however, there is a way, if you have patience and about a day's worth of time.

The possible way that i can find out is doing an os reinstallation or a pc restore.

But if there is a work around that can help you out then i would recommend going for a SYSTEM RESTORE in windows. Which takes you back to the settings when everything was working fine.

OKAY THIS IS THE DEAL click on My computer go to evry folder that seems weird and click on one that says the virus name or weird names DELETE THOSE then go to start>all programs>the virus w.e its called click >uninstall..then go to Control panels then click ADD REMOVE PROGRAMS then look for the virus folder then REMOVE THE VIRUS ICON and its gone =] thats how i deleted my ANTIVIRUS2008 VIRUS =]]

Seconds are key.

AS soon you get a chance, open up a command prompt.exe

at fast as you can type shutdown -a

That command will cancel any logoff instructions.

Sometime the virus may repeat the instructions 2-4 times, so just press up arrow and enter a few times.

Now, in your question above when it says "And no I dont have another computer to access the my hard drive" , I do assume you have access to the net but the owner wont let you start conecting stuff to it.

If you have a usb thumb drive, you can download backtrack 3 to it and boot your system via the thumb drive so you can eidit/remove the files manually. (bt3 is just over 900mb so you will need a gig stick
