  1. the easiest would be electric only becuase the strings are closer to the fret board and it will be easier on your fingers when your pressing them against the fret bard but other than that they are a

    pretty much the same a

oh and by the way the key to really succeeding is to love what you play and feel the rythm ......you have to enjoy playing the guitar (patience and lots of it) =]

  2. They are about the same.  I have had both and I like the electric a little better.  Go to a music store and test of the different varieties of guitars and see which one you like best.  Go with the one that you like the sound of-not the one that is the easiest to learn from.  Also if you do get an electric guitar make sure that you get a good amp.  A better amp makes all the difference.  (I have a Washburn electric, and a Fender amp and been playing for about 12 years)

The acoustic guitar will be cheaper just because you don't have to buy an amp in order to play it.

  3. get a AXE thats whut i have a it makes cool soned and it is ez to play gust strum

  4. I started on acoustic and when I switched to electric I found the strings much easier to work with.  Acoustic strings are thicker and require more effort to push down/bend.

  5. Acoustic. Electric guitar songs are somewhat more complex, and plus, if you learn acoustic first, electric will come very easily.

But, they are both technically the same.

  6. The best way to lear at a guitar is from atleast 15ft away so they dont notice.

Get an acoustic so you dont end up wasting your parents money.

  7. they are both equally difficult. They are the same notes, same tunings, everything on both. I would recommend starting with an acoustic because it is more versatile. You can play everything from classical to rock and everything in between. Electrics are a bit more focused on the rock and heavier type of music. Until you find your bearings and your own musical style, an acoustic guitar will surely cover all the bases.
