About limewire and internet?

how come my internet gets slow when i'm downloading songs from limewire? please answer is there any solution

Whenever you download something, it eats away at your bandwidth. If your downloading on limewire, there is less information able to pass in a browser. Therefore, your internet is slower. Sometimes it's the opposite, your internet takes the majority of the bandwidth and your download will slowly decrease in speed. There is no way around it.

your internet gets slower because limewire is using all of the bandwidth, basically, say you have a 1mb per second connection, and lime-wire is using 750kb's of that every second, then that leaves less space for your internet.

there isnt your limewire downloads are just taking most of the bandwith your fine it happens to everyone

you have something called bandwidth

the bandwidth gets smaller the more traffic (Internet activity aka downloading songs) goes through it, so your "Internet" or Internet browsing gets slow cause LimeWire is using all the bandwidth

because limewire is using the internet at the same time, if you don't have super uber internet, it will slow down anything else thats using the internet aswell.

its using the majority of your internet megabits and not leaving enough for surfing the web, once the download completes it will go back to the normal speed
