About multi-city traffic?

Question

i have multi-city traffic in my dock ,two days ago all of the city maps are gone . i have deleted it, reinstalled it and i still can not get it to work again. does anyone have any suggestions.

call company who makes it or take it back

electronics now a days cant trust them too much until couple years after their out
