  1. First, you should double-check to see if your mailbox is actually as empty as you think:

    - Go to your "Mailbox" page.

    - You will see your messages listed there. Next to each message is a box. Click on it to select the box. Above the green word "Messages" in that same section, there is a "Delete" button. Click it and it will delete the messages that you've selected. There are also a "First | < Prev | Next > | Last" links to the upper right of the section to advance to other pages if you have many messages.

    - Click on outstanding invitations (left side of page...your limit is 100) and delete them. Delete expired invitations (view the invitations and then delete them on that next screen).

    - Check your "Sent" folder and delete old messages.

If it wasn't, do the above and then try sending messages.

FYI: Y!360 is transitioning into a different social networking platform in early 2008. There has not been a more specific date announced on the blog yet, so it could happen any time between January and end of March 2008. Yahoo is trying to centralize its profiling services - Y!Mash, Y!360, and the regular Members profile - into one. It likely will not be called 360 anymore, so yes, it's closing in a sense. See http://blog.360.yahoo.com/product_360 for more details. The 360 team blog is also accessible via the "Yahoo! 360 News" link in the upper right corner of your 360 space.

However, they are no longer fixing bugs related to Y!360, so there's no point in trying to contact them about those.
