Question:

About my ACL and MCL in my knee?

When you tear your ACL in your knee can you still walk on it or is it my MCL because I can walk on it barley but is tends to pop and give me problems does anyone have an opinion

  1. i could walk very carefully but would get in a hurry or turn the wrong way and it would pop.  the pain was unbearable.  i had surgery and now other than a few small scars i am totally back to normal

I'm not sure... but I can't make a very educated guess without knowing how old, was there any chance of re-injury & whether or not you had any surgery, etc. The first day or two of my ACL injury it was absolutely unbearable to walk on. But then it got to where I could walk, run (with a TON of caution) without much pain. But if I wasn't careful before & after the reconstructive surgery there was popping/pain/swelling, etc... If possible get this checked out asap by a good doctor & good luck I am sorry to hear about your knee :(
