About my body size and butt/thighs?

Im 17 years old and I just realized that I got a big butt and big thighs. I want to know how to make it thinner at least without any diet pills. Exercising or what I eat. My friend once told me only girls have that body so I want to make it thinner. im filipino male

  2. Run as much as you can, but don't wear yourself out. After that, your butt should be sore and you can stretch it. I do this and it feels lke my butt is getting in shape

    -sit on the floor, bend one leg and cross the other one over it horizontally

    -or sit on the floor put one leg out and cross the leg over it and hug your knee

    - also, if you're on a long car ride or just bored or something clench yuor butt really hard and release and then repeat :)

  3. Everyone is a different weight and size.  Just exercise every day and shoot for 60 minutes.  Eat healthy foods, cut out all white stuff like flour, salt, white crackers, white bread, white rice and sugar.

    The only reason sitting might make your butt bigger is because you are sedentary.  Speed walking burns calories.

  4. Look online and look for how to make your butt smaller i heard of girls doing exersizes to do it there are many exersize and stuff for your thighs and *** to make them smaller and yeah eat less wheat white bread and stuff like that
