  1. what happens when you plug your camera in to computer with usb cable? Does it see it?  Click on My Computer and open to look for add. drive.  open and then save pics to folder.

  2. Well, XP and Vista already contain  nice programs that will automatically run once you plug your camera in to the USB...these programs work well, and are flexable, just follow the prompts...give it a try..

  3. You just need to download the driver for it. Look up the name brand you have on google to get their home page. There will be a section in there for support, which is where they will have the free downloads for the drivers.

  4. We need to know what computer, what camcorder...

The Polaroid A801 is a digital still camera that happens to take highly compressed videos.

The easiest thing to do is get a card reader that uses a USB port on your computer. Take the memory card out of the camera and insert it in the card reader... You really don't need the CD that came with the camcorder... MovieMaker (Windows) or iMovie (Macintosh) can handle the video; iPhoto (Macintosh) and Whatever the photo editor that comes with Windows will get you to the pictures...

  5. You should be able to download the software form the camera's manufacturer's web site.
