About my lll in my name?

sir in my passport my lll followed after my name but in the papers that we submitted and being approved by the USCIS lll followed after toledo my surname.Is this case sir will not affect my interview for visa application?Pls help me

The error will not affect your interview if you will be able to explain that it was only an error.  The crucial questions to answers are about the financial capacity to support the travel.
