i have yellow teeth and im wondering how to get the plaque off mmy teeth pleaz help

a dentists should scrub it off....the you could whiten them.

Brush each quadrant of your teeth for at least 45 seconds, front, top and back. Also, floss your teeth. Tartar builds up between you teeth so you need to use floss to scrape them off.

That means you don't brush often. Try using listerine.

You could try investing in a Philips electronic toothbrush. It automatically times 2 minutes of brushing and really helps.  They are semi expensive (about 75$) but mine has lasted almost a year and truly helps. Ive gotten many compliments on my teeth and Im sure with this you will too!

i have the crest spinster brush

that works good.

also you can buy that "plaque pick" at walmart for like 5$.

use a good toothpaste like crest prohealth and listerine mouthwash

and whitening trays, the strips slip

Try using act mouth wash at night after you brush your teeth. Don't rinse your mouth with water, eat or drink anything after you use it.

I'd first get your teeth professionally cleaned, and then use one of the over the counter  teeth whitening strips systems. If they still aren't as white as you'd like, you may have to get them professionally whitened at the dentist's office, but those can run up to $600. The whitening strips should be able to lighten them by several shades at least, however.

go to the dentist get your teeth checked.... get them cleaned at the dentist office.... BRUSH BRUSH BRUSH.. ohh and use white strips!!!
