can a nurses aide that isnt certified orientate new employees

CNAs have 120 days from the time their class and clinical end until they must have taken and passed their state certification and skills test. they are allowed to work and perform all the duties of a certified nurses aide during that 120 day time period.

so although it would not be the best situation it could happen.
