About paypal?

i want ot oppen an account in pay pal but they want credite card no. to open account, is it safe to give creditecard no. to pay pal . can they cheat me .......................rajneesh

Paypal is about as safe as they come. However watch out for spam in your email if you sign up. Paypal NEVER will ask for personal information through an email, but Paypal & Ebay scammers always try to get you that way. So just delete or report any Paypal emails you get that may ask for your personal info. Other then that, Paypal is really safe & i've used them for years, never had a problem. (they're very helpful too when you have questions or concerns.)
