About paypal...?

If it says under "recent activity" the status says "completed" that means that what i bought has been paid for right?? im new to ebay buying and im kind of timid about buying off of ebay after people telling me they got gipped and all

Yes, if the status says completed then your payment has been made. I've used paypal and ebay alot and never got gipped by anyone, but I know it does happen. But Paypal will issue a refund if you don't receive the items.
