About people who have an lg scoop?

i have gotten songs bluetoothed to me and it will not let me set them as a ringtone, has anyone ever had this problem and is there a way to by pass this?

This isn't a problem with the phone actually, the reason why you're unable to set them as ringtones is because Alltel has the feature blocked...they wont allow anybody to get free ringtones and want's you to pay for them instead!
