About photoshop, saving JPEG images and Flixster.com?

Question

So I'm a member of Flixster.com. They allow for "Skins" which are basically Myspace Layouts for Flixster. It's somewhat easy, but everytime I try to make one, I fail.

I think that everytime I save a picture, it doesn't save in JPEG (Flixster needs submitted images in JPEG). My computer doesn't recognize the images I want to submit (They're somehow saved as Html) and I was wondering if anyone could help.

In short: How to save images as JPEGS and not html. I'm having trouble saving certain images for a "Skin".

When you go to save, make sure the format says JPEG.
