where can i find a TM that could teach a pokemon to push a boulder...

if there's no move for that then what is that pokemon that can push a boulder??

go in to safari zone find the gold teeth and in fusha city talk to he man with the pond/water thingy in the back garden and he cant usally talk. give him the teeth and he will hand u the hm
