Does anybody know here if i can be able to send my brother a tourist visa even if he is not on his country's origin. he is now in Iran, and we plan to give him a visa going to India. But our country of origin is Philippines. My brother got stuck in Iran because he cant re enter to Dubai, so were planning if i can give him a tourist visa here in India where i stay. Thanks for the Infos...

  1. I suggest that your brother visit the Indian embassy in Tehran and inquire from there.
