ur thinking i mean she is nothing but a scam, its o k, but she did not want money from me...but she want my name, bank information etc for sending her late father's bank statement to me, whts the matter?

Run away as fast as you can, lock yourself in your room and watch hours of Suze Orman! I mean come on this is a joke right? Bank information give you a clue? He (not she) can use your bank info to draw out your account, you cannot be that clueless?
