Anything a Western Politician announces to the public, say the opposite in your mind from what they say and then you have your truth.

For example, when they say there is a "war on poverty", it is really "we will start perpetuating poverty", when they say there is a "war on drugs" it's really: "we are going to supply the drugs and hope to have as many hooked as possible",

So go in that vain and figure out what the "war on terror" is about.

Just because you put a question mark at the end doesn't make it a question. These wars are eliminating potential terrorists and threats to stability in the Middle East. It's hard to plan attacks when you have the mighty US Military shooting mortars at you all day.
