About the Bangsamoro Juridical Entity! need your opinion! (for Filipinos!)?

Fellow Filipinos, do you think by awarding the ancestral land to the MILF, as Bangsamoro JUridical Entity, we could attain long lasting peace in Mindanao? why or why not?

no, the government should defend and not surrender Mindanao to MILF.Not all people living in Mindanao are in favor of a separate government ruled by MILF.The government should consider the rights of every people in Mindanao. I'm not a pro war supporter and if possible this issue should be solved in courts or by peaceful talks but how can it be possible if uncontrolled MILF forces keep on attacking civilians.We cannot risk the lives of our brothers who are innocent no matter where they came from and no matter what are their religion.

The war thats happened in the past and now are two whole different things. Not all mindanao are muslims. What do you mean converting?There are a lot of muslim going  to the north to scape the god forsaken place, dirt poor and war inflicted towns in southern mindanao. You can name all those people but cannot justify what the milf's are- which is terrorist!.  You clearly dont have an idea of what is happening here. What part of mindanao are you in?

You admit that those crimes that are happening are acts of terrorists. Because they are , worst than what is portrayed in news. There is no black propaganda , those you see in tv are happening.  Milf or those renegades whom they called admitted it.  Islam, your religion  is not the target in here but civilians muslim and christians alike are.

No. These people only want a staging ground, a beachhead, in order to carry out further invasion throughout the whole Island of Mindanao. Besides, they are not the only armed group in Mindanao (i.e., MNLF, Several Muslim Feuding Clans, NPA, the Innumerable Christian Civil Militia waiting for a full-scale war to take offensive action, Private Armies of politicians who might be affected with the agreement). There might still be a lot more. Giving the MILF such privilege might just thrust some armed groups to resist BJE and further put Mindanao to chaos. The rest who are not armed might just be forced to take arms and fight to death.

no, because the genuine aspiration of the moro people is for an independent state and not autonomy or ancestral domain.   but that aspiration runs contrary to the philippine constitution.

if the philippines can claim its independence from spain, why can't  the other provinces do likewise? If the main philippine government would lose so much expenditures maintaining this decades of low intensity conflict there, why not just leave it alone? It is not that i tolerate their secession movement...cuz in  my way of thinking, why secede for a muslim governed territory when muslim and christians live along well in harmony already.And more and more in the norths are converting to islam, many of them former priests, nuns, pastors or ministers.......

On the other hand, the same thinking with jose rizal, why a need for a separate state while many back then such as andres bonifacio wants to fight to the death for independence......if they only knew the principles of war, they would follow the thoughts of jose rizal.

If the GRP would escalate the war with the back up of U.S. troops, things would get worst globally. Muslims from around the globe would volunteer to fight for the independence and western allies would also do so. The Philippines would suffer more economically than Vietnam.Many Filipino lives on both sides would just be wasted unnecessarily. So,therefore , the war should be stop by having some agreements on common grounds.Stop the media black propaganda against the MILF "rampages, kidnappings, arsons, property destructions, etc" This are done by terrorist, gangs, bandits not by the military or the MILF for they adhere to rules of engagement. The media portrayal of the atrocities is "old music" being replayed. The Americans , in the book "psychological operations in guerilla warfare" uses this method so as the people would hate and not give popular support to those falsely accused just like what they did to the last Filipino general who fought the americans for independence , i think he's  Macario Sakay, in Pampanga who fought when all the others capitulated, but was branded as leader of bandits, women abusers,etc just like what is repeated now against the enemy of the state.

i was born and raised here in Manila with bicol and chinese blood, though i am trained in warfare, i do not look forward for wars. The best place to settle for a disagreement is not the battlefield but over decent casual talks. As I've stated, just wait where those "milf" surrenderees recently really came from . No need to take offense for the **** mentioned.
