About the audi q7 3.6 or 4.2

Does anyone know about the audi q7 3.6 premium and 4.2 which is better for snow? Are they good cars will they do well in snow? Just tell me if you like it and what you know about it.

The 3.6 is better on gas, while the 4.2 can tow more weight and go faster.
