About the beeps

Memory had come lose brfore, and the problem was fixed.I will check again if the memory is in its place.I have connected a new 22 inch monitor which is working fine with other cpu, so there is no problem with the monitor.Could it be power suppy? When I turn the cpu on it beeps like this "beep- beep-beep" "beep-beep". what could that mean?
