About the guy who "flew" using 150 "party" balloons?

Question

I was wondering since balloons usually are filled on a "cubic" foot rating and since helium gas in "measured" in cubic feet. How many tanks of helium was used to fill 150 "party" balloons to make this person "fly".

Also if a "standard" balloon in 12 inchs and take about 3/4 of a cubic foot of helium (when filled at the "proper" amout, which is to fill a balloon 3/4 to 5/6 full) to allow for heat compansation.How many cubic feet of helium does a "standard" tank hold? And how many cubic feet of gas was used to fill one balloon?

A really large one holds 300cf!  But nobody seems willing to commit themselves to how many balloons that will actually fill.
