About the human species split, the terms 'eurasian adam" and "african eve"?

Eurasians(caucasians and mongoloids) came from East Africa and Black Africans came from South africa. what does the khoisan peoples have to do with this? Y-chromosomal Adam came from south africa and mitochodrial eve is from east africa............so which one of those two descended from who?

They base the "African Eve" on current genetic data as if humans can't migrate.  That is not very reliable considering the time frame involved.

Supposedly,we all come from a single group of African Homo Sapiens that lived in East Africa 75,000 years ago,but after that,they split apart on several migrations routes with one going all the way to South African,another group going alongside the southern coast of Asia to settle in Australia & New Guinea and finally one migration route going towards Central Asia before splitting apart with one going East, another staying further Westward.
