I heard from the news that the northern polar waters could be ice-free in summer by 2013. Is it true?

  1. The mystery of polar ice melting has been solved.  It turned out there were massive undersea volcanoes that heated the water.  The warmer water melted the ice.  The ice is reforming as we speak.  You will not hear this from the liberal media.  They are in the tank for the democrats.

  2. The American News media is extremely liberal.  They feed on scare tactics, and are not always accurate, if you look at how fast the ice cap is melting it is a very slow process, and we are going through a warming period right now, at today's rate of melt, there is no ways that it will melt in 5 years even if if continues to melt at the current rate.

At the same time Volcanoes are not erupting in the Ocean, they have discovered Geo-thermal vents in the past years, which are vents of heat being released for under water Volcanoes, but they are not erupting.

  3. Not a chance.

We would need a massive increase in temperatures for it to completely melt all of the ice. Unless the Sun starts to burn out then it will never happen. It is just propaganda in the press. Given the scheme of things the Ice that has melted currently is literally like a "drop in the Ocean" as far as the Polar caps are concerned.

The Science community has yet to Establish what is making the planet hotter, so it may not be a man made affect at all.

  4. YES!!  I just saw this really sad movie about that. It made me cry.

Try seeing it,it is called Arctic Tale. also try reading the book The Inconvenient truth by Al Gore.  We need to make a difference!
