About the overpopulation of sites?

Most likely doubtful. If you haven't seen anything in the news, then it's even more unlikely. I know SlashDot syndicates news articles, so it'll likely be on there, but still, it's doubtful.

really doubtful

i've been getting these stupid chain letter's on   facebook saying :

" if you don't respond to this now your account will be deleted by the head of facebook because it's overcrowded!"

the worst that will happen would be like if the site was a little slow or something. no big deal.

besides, even if it did close down, there will always be another social networking site, heh.
