About the pill...again?

I am going to take the pill without taking a break. im nearly at the 21 day mark and going to just go straight into the next packet the problem is im gettin cramps any way will that mean i will get spotting or blood cos im menat to have my period.

You probably shouldn't do that unless it's a birth control that's designed to let you skip periods. If you want one that does that, you should talk to your doctor and they can change your prescription.

This is not a safe thing to do on an ongoing basis, you must allow yourself to have periods most of the time. Continuous use of the pill, without your 7 day breaks does not allow the endometrial lining of the uterus to shed. This increases the risk of uterine cancer.
