hellothank you for your interest.I like to train when I feel like it and when my body feels ready.but I'm also wondering about the other training method that I've thought of.that is, train when I don't even feel like it, however I know if I start slow. like slowly jogging and slowly working my way up. I think I will be ready to train and I will be in the mood. at least I think I will be...not sure!Which training option should I choose?I need your experience!thank you
