About university tuition fees and the Scottish government?

I've heard that if you live in Scotland, the Scottish government will pay the tuition fees of any University you go to anywhere in the U.K.

Is this true, and does it apply to part time courses?

this is not true, tuition fees are only payed for scottish students attending a scottish university.

yes they do pay for your tution fees but i duno about part time. but just go google it.
