Question:

About using Rhapsody...?

I know that you can use Rhapsody to listen to music online, and I assume you can download tracks for use on an iPod or other MP3 player. My question is, can you download music from Rhapsody to burn it to a CD? If so, what is the best method and/or software for doing so?

Don't laugh - I've never downloaded music and burned it to a CD before - I've just always been leery of doing so thanks to all the hubbub with the old file sharing sites. Now that there are plenty of "legitimate" sites to download from, I'd like to begin doing so. However, unlike everyone else these days, I don't have an MP3 player and don't really need one - I only want to be able to burn CDs that I can listen to in my car.

Thanks for any help and answers.

  1. I've never downloaded any songs off of rhapsody in that fashion, however, having used Rhapsody for years, there was always a list of things that, if you added songs to said list, you would Burn them to a disc right from the software. When you did that, they would all automatically be purchased. If you can't figure out how to do that, I know they just started that mp3 store which I'm sure you can download each song from and then use a burning program to burn those files to CDs.
