About venice...?

i am planing to make holiday in venice but i will stay mestre,lido di jesolo or quarto d'altino or Treviso..Does anyone who knows the distance of thoes cities to Venice??

Treviso is a very nice little town that is worth exploring. The hotels are usually much cheaper than in Venice.

The train to Venice goes every half hour and takes about 25-30 minutes. Very convenient and cheap.

I stayed 20 miles away when I was in Venice.  The next time I go (Spring 2007) I want to stay in Venice.  I LOVE Venice.  You will too.  LOL.

why not stay in the venice area by itself? its easier, and u won't save much money by staying outside... because travelling into the venice city will make up for it.... what you could do is go to the website below and look for cheap hotels...

i went in january this year.. and stayed at Palazzo Guardi - it was decent, comfortable, friendly and affordable!!

italy is a very dirty country, i recommend spain or france!

a couple of mins from jesilo, you can see venice from the beach, stayed there a lot as a kid GREAT place.

Have a lovely time, wish I could go back as well.
