About visa?

Hi everyone. I am from asian little country, and i am now in canada. I have a work permit visa here . I work 2 months in Canada and take a holiday 2-4 weeks and go to my country and meet my family. After my holiday i go back to Canada again for my work. I want to bring here my wife and my little daughter (she's only 1 year) What way is the best for my family to get a visa? What should i do? I don't know much about it. Thank you.
