About vitamin energy...NOT VITAMIN WATER!

is it me or does the energy drink vitamin energy make you have a tummy ache??

It is because it has concentrated levels of vitamins in it. Does the same thing to me. I can't drink it because of it. I try healthier energy drinks instead. They work okay for me. I found an article on them here http://www.voernix.com/2008/07/frs.html

Many people react that way to the concentrated amount of vitamin C. Some people also feel nauseous from high levels of vitamin B.
