About voice recording pls help any ideas?

assuming you mean the echo/delay, what you need is an effects pedal.  try looking at this one.  you will run the effect between your microphone and your PA or direct in on recording, and it will basically take what you sing (when you turn it on, you can turn it on and off of course) and repeat it a few times.  pretty nifty
